Turmeric is the spice that has been used more than thousand years. Do you know its health benefits ?? But our ancestors know its medical properties and they used in their diet regularly..

It contains a compound called curcumin which has anti inflammatory properties. It also contains high antioxidant properties which boost up our immune system.
